I have an early ADR at Ohana for 7:35 a.m. We will be staying at CBR. MK opens at 9 a.m. but has EMH starting at 8 a.m. on this day. When do you suggest we leave our resort? Will there be any problems transferring this early from MK to monorail to Poly?

Hi Kim! The Best Friends Breakfast featuring Lilo & Stitch at ‘Ohana sure sounds like a magical way to start your day. One of my favorite things about this breakfast is that it is served family style. I really like not having to get up to go to a buffet!

In theory since Magic Kingdom Park has extra magic hours that begin at 8:00 AM on the day of your breakfast, complimentary resort transportation should begin at 7:00 AM.  I would suggest that if you are going to attempt to make your reservation time, you should be waiting at the bus stop for that first bus out to Magic Kingdom.

While there shouldn’t be a problem transferring from the Magic Kingdom, to the monorail, then to Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort this early, I am worried about you making your dining reservation on time. They do suggest that you leave approximately 60-90 minutes for travel within the Walt Disney World Resort. Since you do have a couple of different connections to make this may take a bit of time.  My other suggestion (though it isn’t free) is to consider a cab.

I hope that I have helped to answer your question.
