Welcome to planDisney Armando!
It is always sad to leave a Disney Cruise, but the crew will make your vacation special up until the very last minute. Enjoy a delicious sit-down breakfast or head to the buffet for one last round of all your favorites.
Then, the time has come, you must exit the ship! If you want to zip off the ship as early as possible, I suggest you keep your luggage; Do not place it outside your stateroom door the night before. As soon as the ship is cleared, usually around 7am, you may carry your own luggage, leave the ship, and proceed through customs.
Guests who
purchased transfers may head to the boarding area and your luggage will be loaded onto your motorcoach. As soon as the motorcoach is filled, you will be on your way! The earliest I have been on the road has been around 7:30am, then the ride to the airport is about 60 minutes.
Please be aware this time varies, and the actual time you leave Port Canaveral may be later. Also, delays are always possible, and the ship sometimes takes a bit longer to clear with the local authorities.
Disney Cruise suggests that you do not book a flight prior to 11:25am.
The motorcoach will drop guests off at B-Side, Level 1 of the Orlando Airport. Remember to grab your luggage before leaving the bus drop-off!
If you had a magical sailing and plan to return for another voyage on a Disney Cruise, make sure to book a
"placeholder reservation." With a $250 deposit (subject to change) you will be able to book a future cruise with a 10% discount. That can be quite a savings! If unused within 2 years, your deposit will be refunded. You may book your placeholder on the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app while onboard.
Your cruise is just around the corner, so let the countdown to sail away begin! Bon Voyage!
