Hi there, Bruce!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Your
DREAM vacation is coming up soon and before you know it, you will be sailing away for a fun and exciting adventure at sea with Captain Mickey!
I love using Disney Cruise Line’s ground transfer service because it seems that the magic of your vacation starts as soon as you get to Orlando! And after what will probably be an early morning flight, the last thing you want to worry about is transportation to the port! Luckily, Disney Cruise Line makes it easy and convenient for Guests to get to
Port Canaveral from the airport. The first Disney Cruise Line ground transfer leaves Orlando International Airport at approximately 9:30AM from Terminal B, Level 1 (look for the ground transportation sign). After the initial departure, there will be a departure every 30-45 minutes with the final motorcoach departing at 1:45PM. The travel time between the airport and Port Canaveral is approximately one hour. So, assuming your flight arrives on time, you should be able to catch a motorcoach with very little wait time! Then you will be on your way to Port Canaveral to embark on an adventure you won’t soon forget! If you plan on using Disney Cruise Line’s ground transfers, and have yet to book them, be sure to do so at least three days prior to your sailing.
I know you will have a wonderful time at sea, Bruce, and I wish you many magical memories! Eat a Mickey Bar for me!
Happy Sailing!
Stephanie
