Earlier this year I made resort reservations for 2 of my children and their families for April 2021. I now need to cancel those reservations. Is there a way to do that without waiting on hold for hours.

    Hi Kim!

Thanks for sending your question to the planDisney Panel! I'm sorry that your children and their families are unable to visit. There is a way to cancel reservation online. This would be via the My Disney Experience Account. First the room reservation must be linked to the account of the person on the reservation. Once the reservation, appears, simply click "Cancel Reservation". I recently made a room reservation for my sister and her family using my credit card. I needed to cancel the reservation so I had her link the reservation to her My Disney Experience Account and was able to cancel the reservation swiftly. Here is the website where you can link the reservations: My Disney Experience. I hope this helps Kim!

Did you know?: From time to time, the Walt Disney World Resort releases special offers for resort rooms and tickets! For more information, please visit this page: Special Offers.

It has been a pleasure assisting you. Please feel free to send me any other questions you may have!

Thanks again for stopping by the planDisney Panel!
