Hi, Srikanth! Welcome to planDisney and thanks for your question!
Sorry to hear that you had to cancel your trip this summer, but I'm delighted that you are now planning a new trip to the Disneyland Resort!
Theme park tickets are nonrefundable so that's why you didn't receive a credit when you canceled your earlier trip. But those tickets are likely still valid and you can most certainly use them for your upcoming trip!
You will first want to log into your Disneyland Resort account to see if your tickets are still linked to your account. If not, be sure to link them by entering the ticket ID number or by scanning them into your
Disneyland app. With your tickets linked, you will then need to
make a theme park reservation for each day that you want to visit. You can check the
theme park reservation availability calendar to see what dates are available before you make plans. If you have Park Hopper tickets, you will make a reservation for the park you want to start at each day. Then at 1:00 p.m., you can hop to the other park.
If for some reason your tickets have already expired, you are able to apply the cost of a wholly unused expired ticket to a new ticket of equal or greater value. However, this has to be done at a Disneyland Resort ticket booth and you won't be able to make theme park reservations in advance with an expired ticket. So this could make planning a little tricky. But if you purchased your tickets this summer, then they likely don't expire until the end of next year.
I hope this helps. Have a magical day!
