We are on DxDP for our trip in Dec. We are hoping for CRT and Spirit of Aloha using our credits (2 TS per person). When I make those 2 ADRs will I have to give a CC for full payment or not since we will be using DxDP credits? Thanks.

    Hi Debra,

When we've booked these dining experiences in the past, we've had to give a credit card at the time we made the reservation.  The card was never actually charged when we used the Dining Plan.  I think that the credit card is really just given to discourage guests from making reservations and not cancelling if they decide not to dine at a specific restaurant.  As far as I know, your credit card will only be charged if you fail to show up for a reservation without calling to cancel.

Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
