    We were in DW two weeks ago and were given magic bands when we checked into our hotel (we hadn't preordered them). Photopass photographers told us we didn't need cards, just the bands but now that we are back we can't figure out how to retrieve our photos

    Hi Susan!

         You will have to go to My Disney PhotoPass and then select the Get Started Button under Walt Disney World.  Then you will have to sign into your Disney Account by providing your email address or member name and password. Your PhotoPass photos from your recent Walt Disney World vacation should all be viewable now.  If you do not see any or all of your PhotoPass photos, you may have to enter a Disney PhotoPass ID or link additional data like your Magic Band numbers to your Disneyworld.com account and then the PhotoPass photos should be there.
