Our 1st DW trip is in June. I want to make sure my girls 18,9,5 get to see all of the parades, fireworks & light shows. They absolutely love that stuff. Is it best to have reservations if so, where ? We will be there 7 days & plan to go to all 4

Hi Tanisha! I agree that a great part of the magic during a Walt Disney World trip can be found in the parades and firework/laser shows. You should try to see as many as possible during your stay. For the most part you don't need reservations to see these events. You simply head to the parade route early or fireworks location to get a good spot to see all there is to see. I would suggest you get a dining package resevation for Fantasmic in Hollywood Studios. This doesn't give you the best seats in the house but it allows you not to have to go over an hour before the show to snag a spot. Plus it will give you a discount on a great meal in this park with my favorite being the Brown Derby. Another possible reservation you might consider is the Tomorrowland Terrace Dessert Party in the Magic Kingdom. This is one of the best locations to watch the evening fireworks show and it is the best way to watch Tinkerbelle fly down from the castle directly above you. The only drawback to this is that you can't really see the Main Street Electirc Light Parade....only the tops of the floats will be visible. Each park will have a daytime parade (except Epcot) and you can find those times on the website or check back with me and I can get those for you. Illuminations is the evening laser and fireworks show in Epcot, Fantasmic in the Hollywood Studios, and no night parade in Animal Kingdom. The Magic Kingdom also has a street party parade three times a day that is a must to see and participate in. And last but not least don't forget to try to see the longest running parade at Walt Disney World, the Electric Water Parade seen nightly on Seven Seas Lagoon and Bay Lake. You can watch from any of the resorts located on those bodies of water. You will love all the sparkles from Disney World! Let me know if you need times for the events!
