    Hi, we are going to DW in Oct & I was reading about Memory Maker, but I have a few questions I have not seen other posts about: 1) can you still buy printed photos in the park and 2) once downloaded can you have them printed anywhere

    Hello Christopher,

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm a big fan of  Memory Maker and actually just purchased one for my upcoming visit! It's such a wonderful way to capture your entire family in all of your Walt Disney World Resort vacation photos! All photos taken by Disney PhotoPass photographers are included, as well as Attraction Photos and Videos, Magic Shots, and Dining Photos. All photos that are scanned to your MagicBand, and the photos of those in your party who have enabled photo sharing with you, will be available for you to download. 

    Be sure to link your Memory Maker to your account on My Disney Experience and also be sure to enable photo sharing with everyone in your party within the "Family & Friends" list on My Disney Experience. Enabling photo sharing with everyone in your party will allow all photos taken to be shared on your Memory Maker should you need to split up during your trip.  

    You are more than welcome to purchase printed photos in the Theme Parks however, if you have scanned the photo to your MagicBand it will already be included with your Memory Maker. So, unless you'd like to have the photo immediately, there is no need to pay the additional cost of having the photo printed at the Parks. Once you have downloaded all photos from your Memory Maker you can have them printed at any photo processing center online or in-store.
