We have been to DW numerous times, this year we deceided to go to DL. We are going in late July so we are hoping Carsland will be open. What resturants would U recommend really not wanting character dining, also is 2 days enough time or should I go 3 days?

Hi Lezlie!  I am so excited to hear you are planning a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth and with the highly anticipated opening of Cars Land just around the corner, you have picked a great time to visit!

I absolutely LOVE eating at Disneyland and am always fascinated by multitude of available dining options! From quick service to fine dining, Disneyland has covered every base and offers something for every taste!  While I love dining in the company of my favorite Disney Pals, I do often relish the opportunity to dine without them!

A few of my favorite Disneyland Table Service Restaurants include:

    - Blue Bayou (Disneyland Park):  Dine under the "stars" in this ambient cajun restaurant located inside the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction.  Try the jambalaya, but beware...it's spicy!

-Cafe Orleans (Disneyland Park): This Big Easy cafe offers patio dining with incredible views of New Orleans Square and the Rivers of America!  I recommend the Monte Cristo and Pommes Frites!

    - Wine Country Trattoria (California Adventure):  Enjoy classic, fresh California-style meals with a Mediterranean twist!  Fabulous Pastas!

-Steakhouse 55 (Disneyland Hotel): One of my favorites!  This upscale steakhouse features decor reminiscent of  "old Hollywood!"  Impeccable service and delicious steaks make 55 a dining must!

-Napa Rose (Grand Californian): This fine dining establishment offers an intimate experience sure to please the most discerning taste buds!  I recommend trying Chef Sutton's Vintner's Menu which changes daily.

Make your reservations by calling Disneyland Dining at (714)781-DINE.

Hope you have a most memorable, not to mention "tasty" visit to the Disneyland Resort! -Amanda F.
