Hi, Guadalupe!
Your trip is almost here! I can hardly sleep when my visits are THIS close!
Disney's Hollywood Studios became one of my favorite Theme Parks since the opening of
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge and
Toy Story Land, so I LOVE your decision to devote two days to enjoy it!
The
buses at the Walt Disney World Resort start picking Guests up at their Disney Resort hotels 45 minutes before the scheduled Theme Park openings. Since you're eligible to enjoy
Extra Magic Hours as a
Disney Resort hotel Guest, it's wise to keep an eye on the
calendar so that you can plan accordingly.
In my opinion, it's wise to visit
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge on a morning with Extra Magic Hours, since fewer people will be able to wake up early and access
Disney's Hollywood Studios.
I did it with my family in September, and we had a blast! Our crew helped Hondo Ohnaka on
Millennium Falcon: Smuggler's Run twice, and we loved taking it for two missions through the galaxy in the same morning! My dad was BEYOND excited!
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge is also the home to the best
quick-service restaurant at this Theme Park, in my opinion.
Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo offers excellent lunch and dinner options in a super well-themed space (pun intended). The
Felucian Kefta and Hummus Garden Spread, the Batuuan Beef Pot Roast, and the Smoked Kaadu Pork Ribs are all FANTASTIC. I hope you're able to enjoy one of them (or two if you have lunch there on both days)!
If more last-minute questions pop up before you're headed to the Walt Disney World Resort, please, come back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Guadalupe. It's a pleasure to help!
May the magic be with you,
Julie
