We are going to be at DW for 13 nights in Dec. We want the DP but only want say 7 or 8 days of Park tickets, Does either one effect the other? Can we have DP for each night we are there but only 7/8 park day tickets? Thank you.

    Heidi,

The dining plan is one of the first things I add to every Walt Disney World vacation.  It can be a great savings, but more importantly it allows you to start your vacation will almost everything paid in advance!  You are free to just sit back and enjoy your vacation rather than worry about how much it's costing you.

It's available as part of a Magic Your Way package which also include your resort stay and park tickets.  As long as you've purchased a Magic Your Way park pass for at least one day, you are eligible to purchase the dining plan as part of the package.  Your length of stay determines how many days are included in your dining plan (one for each night you are in your resort).

I hope that made sense.  The short answer is YES!!! You will have the dining plan for all 13 days of your trip even though you are only purchasing a 7 or 8 day park hopper.

Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
