We will be at DW Mar. 28th-Apr 4th. Booked at BWV with AP discount. I was told we must have our AP's at check in to get AP discount. I was told by another cm that we could purchase AP's online bring voucher to check in then exchange for AP's at resort?

    Hello, Steve!

    We're Annual Passholders, too!

Not to worry; when you purchase your Annual Passes online, Disney sends you a voucher via snail mail.  This is to help prevent very expensive LIVE tickets from not arriving in your mailbox. (Be sure to bring your credit card and photo ID with you to pick up the Annual Passes; you can trade in your vouchers for your Annual Passes at any ticketing window at any park.)

Just to be sure you have correct information, I called Walt Disney World Reservations on your behalf, and was told that you can surely show your voucher at check-in in order to "pre check-in" (since rooms often aren't ready until the afternoon.)  After you spend your day in the parks, just stop by the front desk at your resort and show them your Annual Passes; they'll then record your pass number on your reservation and issue your room keys.

Don't forget to check out all of the benefits available to Walt Disney World Passholders, too. I love our current 10% discount at the LEGO Imagination Center as well as discounts at various dining locations. Every little bit helps, right? So, we might as well use it to the fullest advantage!

Have a wonderful visit and be sure to send me any additional questions; I'd love to help!
