Going to DW in late Nov. with our 3.5 y/o and a 1 y/o daughters and are staying at the Contemp. We would like to do 1 character breakfast. Would you suggest Akershus for the princesses or Chef Mickey's. 3.5 y/o can be skiddish w/ big character costumes.

Hello and welcome to the Moms Panel! If your little one is a bit scared of the bigger characters such as Mickey & the Gang, I would highly recommend visiting the Disney Princesses at the Princess Storybook Dining at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall. Considering the ages of your own little princesses, this experience will be such a joy! The Disney Princesses are certainly breathtaking, but not overwhelming for little ones. I would save Chef Mickey's until your daughters are older and able to really enjoy seeing Mickey &the Gang up close. Your little ones should feel at ease with their company and be able to enjoy the food as well. They should not have to worry about who is coming around the corner at any moment. My vote is for the Disney Princesses! Thank you so much for visiting the Moms Panel. Please join us again real soon should any new questions or concerns pop-up. We are always ready to help our guests plan the vacation of a lifetime. May your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation be filled many new and MAGICAL memories! ~Have a MAGICAL day and "SEE YOU REAL SOON"!~
