    I was at DW last Dec. and bought the "Disney Kiss" :) poster at AK. Unfortunately, I left it in the hotel room and with much disapointment never got it back even after calling POR before I even got on the plane. Is it still available?

    Hi Rebecca,

    That is a real shame that they could not locate your poster....I know it's a shot in the dark but I would try calling POR and ask them again if by chance someone had turned it into lost and found.  I don't know how long they keep items for in the lost and found department but it's worth a try.  If you are still out of luck, I would call the Walt Disney World Mail Order Merchandise Department at (407) 363-6200 or you may e-mail them at  Any items that you have spotted in any of the Parks, Downtown Disney and WDW Resort Gift Shops should be able to be located by this department and the shipping charges are quite reasonable as well.  They will ask you to describe the item that you are looking for, where you purchased it and then they will see if they can track it down for you.  I wish you luck in your venture to either find your "old" poster or locating a new one.  Have a magical day!
