I am going to DW from 12/4-12/12 2009. I know that the official hours are not available yet, but I am an early planner and I was wondering if you could offer any advice or guidance about what the hours and the EMH for each park might be? Thanks !!

    Stacy:

In general, this is what I've seen Disney do for Magic Hours:

    • Magic Kingdom: Sundays at night; Thursday mornings
    • Disney Hollywood Studios: Mondays at night; Saturday mornings
    • Animal Kingdom: Wednesdays at night; Sunday mornings
    • Epcot: Fridays at night; Tuesday mornings
Keep in mind that during the busier seasons of Spring Break, summer, and holidays, Disney adds more Magic Hours, so don't let the current calendar confuse you.  And of course, as you said, Disney won't post the hours until 90 days out, so I can guarantee anything, but these tend to generally be a good guess!

Come back to us for more planning help if you need it, and I wish you a magical vacation!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
