We are going to DW the first week of July and there are 3 adults and 2 kids (7 & 4), this is a little confusing as to where to stay. I've looked at suites, villas and rooms but not sure where to start. Looking more in the moderate price range.

    Hello Michele!

Walt Disney World has several options for parties of 5, resorts at Disney World are divided into 3 categories (Value, Moderate and Deluxe) and each have options that will fit a party of 5.
In the value category, Disney's Family Suites which are located in the new Art of Animation and All Star Music Resorts.  The family suites will sleep up to 6 plus one child under three in a pack n' play. These suites have 2 bathrooms, a kitchenette area, bedroom with queen size bed, living room with a full sleeper sofa and a sleeper chair that converts to a twin bed (All Star Music). The suites at the new Art of Animation have a little more square footage and also have a full bed that converts into a dining table. The new Art of Animation also has some of Disney's best themeing and boasts the largest pool on Disney property.
In the moderate category, the cabins at Ft. Wilderness which will sleep up to 6 guests. These cabins come with a fully equipped kitchen for cooking your own meals, 1 bedroom with a full bed and bunk beds and 1 bathroom.
In the Deluxe category there are a few resorts where a standard room will sleep five. The Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, Polynesian, Contemporary, Yacht Club and Boardwalk have 2 queen beds plus a day bed that will accommodate five guests.  These resorts offer some the best views and are much closer to the parks, but can cost almost double what a family suite would cost in the value category plus you get an extra bathroom.
To get the most value for your money, I would recommend the family suites at Disney's new Art of Animation resort. The 3 different areas that contain family suites (Cars, Lion King and Finding Nemo) are beautifully themed as well as the suites themselves and the Big Blue Pool is enormous which also features some underwater sound effects from Finding Nemo.I hope this help and please visit us again if you have anymore questions!
    Best Wishes!
