We are going to DW for the first time in May 2008. Is it going to be hard to get reservations on such a short notice? Did I waste my money getting the dining plan?

It's always best to make your dining reservations as far in advance is possible.  That being said though, obtaining reservations for your upcoming trip may be doable, but you need to call now!  Here are some tips that should help:

    - Make your reservations for off hours.  Early dinners or late lunches are easier to get than those during prime dining hours.

    - Try some of the less popular meals.  There are lots of great restaurants in Epcot that don't see as much traffic as, say, Cinderella's Royal Table.

    - Be flexible.  If you are traveling with a large party be willing to split up for meals and sit at two or more tables.

If you keep these suggestions in mind you're more likely to be successful in getting those reservations.  But don't take my word for it!  Tear yourself away from the computer screen and go call 407-WDW-DINE right now!  Good Luck!
