Hello, we are going to DW in a few week tagging along with my husband on a business meeting and we are staying at a Disney Friendly hotel at Disney springs can we still stay for the magic hours at animal kingdom?

Hello Diana! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Utilizing the Extra Magic Hours at Walt Disney World Resort Theme Parks is one of the best ways to maximize your time and do many of your "must-do" attractions before the Theme Park officially opens(or after is officially closes).

Extra Magic Hours are a benefit to Guests staying at participating Walt Disney World Resort Hotels. I am unsure based on your inquiry what specifically you mean by "Disney-Friendly", but if the Resort Hotel you are staying at is a Disney Resort hotel, the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel, the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel or Shades of Green® Resort, then you qualify for the Extra Magic Hours benefit with valid Theme Park Admission for said day and may enjoy Extra Magic Hours.

In your specific case, your husband will want to make sure that any Guests staying with him in the Walt Disney World Resort Hotel are linked to the Room Reservations. If Guests aren't currently linked, you will have to do so before extra Guests will be able to enjoy the Extra Magic Hours.

You may "Modify A Reservation" to add Guests to a Reservation online through a My Disney Experience Account or by contacting a Cast Member at (407)939-1936. Be sure to have your Reservation Confirmation number handy.

    Have a Magical Vacation!
