We will be at DW Dec.30 - Jan.7. I am hoping to just relax and enjoy the first few days, and hit every ride the last few days. Here is my ? I know the parks will be very busy on the 31 and 1st, what about water parks? Being from ND, 70's will be hot!

Hi.   Yes, I suppose 70 degree weather in December would be appreciated by anyone coming from North Dakota!    Checking Orlando average temperatures for December and January, it appears that average highs are typically in low 70's.   Being from Florida, this is a bit cold to swim for some.   However, if that type of temperature works for you, I think its a great alternative and would definitely help avoid the holiday crowds that will flock to the four main theme parks.   Towards the back end of your vacation, I think you will find crowds will start to thin out and there should be plenty of time to visit these at that time.

If Thanksgiving if any barometor of what you might find, last year I visited over Thanksgiving weekend and spent time at the water parks.    It was definitely relatively light.    During Christmas / New Years, Blizzard Beach should also be comparably light in terms of crowds.   Note that Typhoon Lagoon is scheduled to be closed during this time -- just keep that in mind as you plan your schedule.    Enjoy your trip!
