Welcome to planDisney Jann!
I am sorry to share that Airline Check-in is no longer available at the Disney Resort hotels.
I have found that almost everything you will need to check-in for your flight can be done on your mobile device. I suggest you download your airline's app before leaving home so you can check-in and receive your boarding passes. If you prefer, allow extra time when arriving at the airport to stop at the ticket counter for assistance.
You will need to tend to your own luggage for your ride back to the airport. With Disney's Magical Express service discontinued, you will need to arrange for transportation. Do some online research for Mears Connect, as they are the company who previously serviced Magical Express. You will find the services to be very similar. To see rates and book your transfers, find Mears Connect Orlando online. You might also opt for Uber or Lyft, or even check into other car services.
If your flight is not until later in the day and you are planning some park time or want to head to
Disney Springs, feel free to drop your bags with Bell Services. They will be happy to hold your luggage until you depart. Allow plenty of time to get back to your resort and retrieve your bags so you aren't late for your airport transfer!
During your stay, if you have any questions please feel free to stop by the front desk of your beautiful Disney Resort hotel. The Cast Members will be happy to assist you. Wishing you a magical visit to Walt Disney World during the
50th Anniversary Celebration!
