We are going to DW in April with a 5 year old and a 2 1/2 year old. We can't decide between the Grand Floridian or the Polynesian. Which would be better with two kids?

Hi, both resorts offer amazing opportunities.  The transportation to the parks is very similar between the two resorts.  You can however walk on a path to the transportation center from the Polynesian. If I were to choose between the two, I would say the Grand Floridian.  The Polynesian to us felt like a motel as we walked down the halls, and dark.  The rooms have been refurbished and updated.  The Grand Floridian is more open fewer places for the little ones to disappear around corners.  My kids were wanderers, they could disappear in a heartbeat.  Honestly, both resorts are amazing.  The bus stop at the Grand Floridian has several benches under a small pavillion.  It also has a television that plays the WDW Resorts Channel.  It works great to entertain the little ones while waiting for the bus.
