    Do you still have the DVD planner/video. Walt Disney World is the park we are going to.

    There is so much to see and do at the Walt Disney World Resort! I can certainly understand why you’d like to review some materials to prepare for your magical vacation. Unfortunately, the Walt Disney World Resort does do not have any DVDs or other materials to mail to Guests. The reason being that all vacations can be completely customized by you! But, this is definitely the right place to get started on planning your trip! My fellow panelists and I love to assist Guests just like you with your vacation plans. And, there are so many vacation planning videos located right here on the planDisney website. Our panelists have covered a wide variety of topics including Tips for Traveling as a Big Family, Must-Dos at Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney’s Animal Kingdom and Disney’s Hollywood Studios! Plus, Resort Hotel Tips and Benefits, Frequently Asked Questions and many more! This is a great place to start when it comes to learning about everything the Walt Disney World Resort has to offer.
