    I want a dvd of what my granddaughter can expect to see at magic kingdom I would like to put this dvd in her Christmas box with her tickets I bought for her How can I get one?

    Hello and welcome to planDisney, Debra. Thanks for stopping by to chit-chat about your Walt Disney World vacation. 

    Debra, giving the gift of magic is just priceless. I know your granddaughter is going to be over the moon excited about her Christmas gift. That's so special. 

    At this time, Walt Disney World is no longer sending out planning DVDs. Everything you need planning-wise has pretty much shifted to online resources only - which I know doesn't help with your Christmas box. For planning purposes, I'm going to go ahead and link the Disney vacation planning webpage just so you know where to find it as you are making your itinerary. I don't know if you'd have any luck but if you have your heart set on a planning DVD, I suggest checking out buy/sell websites to see if you could find a used copy. Of course, a lot at the Walt Disney World Theme Parks has changed since these were made but it still could get her pretty excited about the trip. Another idea would be to switch gears a little bit and instead put books about the Walt Disney World Theme Parks in her Christmas package instead. There are a lot of great printed resources about Magic Kingdom Park and this would be something fun for the two of you to look through.

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
