Hey there, Jeff! Welcome back to planDisney! I'm so glad that you've stopped by with your vacation planning question.
How exciting to be planning a vacation to Walt Disney World Resort and
Disney's BoardWalk Villas! Disney's BoardWalk Villas is one of my Home Resorts and one of my very favorite
Disney Vacation Club Resorts. I absolutely love the turn-of-the-century Coney Island vibe, the music on the BoardWalk, the endless
fantastic dining options and how lively the Resort feels. The waterslide at Luna Park Pool is my favorite pool slide in all of Walt Disney World Resort, and this is just one of the countless
recreation offerings and Resort activities here. The location of the EPCOT Resort Area, which includes BoardWalk Villas and the Swan and Dolphin, just cannot be beat. Being in walking distance to TWO theme parks is always the perfect excuse to add more days to your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
I just spoke with a Cast Member who confirmed that while Bell Services does still transfer luggage and non-perishable items from one Disney Resorts Collection Hotel to another, unfortunately, this does not include Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin. Disney's BoardWalk Villas and the Swan and Dolphin are definitely in short walking distance of each other, however if you will have several bags or may have trouble pushing your luggage up the hill of the bridge, I'd suggest taking the short ride with a rideshare, such as Uber or Lyft, or taxi to transport you and your luggage from one Resort to the other. I hope that this helped with your question, because more time at Walt Disney World Resort is always the answer!
Jeff, did you know that Flying Fish is reopening at Disney's BoardWalk in just a few days?! I am SO excited about the return of this fantastic restaurant! Be sure to make your Advanced Dining Reservation 60 days before your arrival!
Jeff, I'm wishing you the most magical upcoming adventure! Please stop by any time with any of your vacation planning questions.
I hope to see ya real soon,
Mandy
