    I have a DVC reservation in October 2020 and both my husband and I are listed as the two correct guests on my DVC dashboard. But in MDE, my name/character meme shows and my daughter’s name /meme. Not my husband. My daughter should not be. How to fix this ?

    Hi, Paul!  Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    I'm so excited to hEAR that you will be visiting Walt Disney World Resort this October!  The fall is one of my favorite times for a Walt Disney World Resort vacation, especially a couple's trip.  My husband and I love to visit during the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival.  While this year's festival may look slightly different from previous years, I am thrilled that it is still taking place.  You should definitely plan to taste your way around the world during your upcoming visit.

    I'm sorry that it seems as if Stitch has caused a glitch with your My Disney Experience account.  Sometimes if I am experiencing technical difficulties while using the My Disney Experience mobile app, I will try logging into my account on my computer to fix the problem.  If you have done this and the wrong family member is still listed on your reservation, I recommend calling the Help Center phone number for My Disney Experience.  Those tech-savvy Cast Members should be able to take a look at your account and get everything straightened out for you.

    As you get ready for your vacation, I think you will find this "Know Before You Go" page quite useful.  I would also recommend following the Disney Parks Blog for any news and updates related to your trip.  If you have any additional questions, please visit us again.
