I have a DVC reservation for Aulani in February. As an associate on the DVC membership, will I need to pay for parking at the resort?

Aloha Tracey and welcome home, or as they say in Hawaii, E komo mai! Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, will always have a special place in my heart. This Disney Vacation Club resort blends the magic of Disney and the culture of the Hawaiian Islands perfectly to create a unique tropical paradise.

I have some good news for you, Tracey. Currently, Aulani does not charge for parking for DVC members when using DVC points to book a villa. In addition, this benefit also applies to guests of DVC members. That means that even as an associate member of a DVC membership, you will be entitled to free parking during your visit to Aulani. Just note that there is a limit of two vehicles per reservation.

While you’re at Aulani, don’t sleep on the food and snacks! The resort has a variety of table and quick service options that gives you an opportunity to taste the best of what Hawaii has to offer. The poolside bar Off the Hook offers great coffee and breakfast options including my favorite beverage, the Aulani Special (a frozen mocha macadamia nut java blended drink). Ulu café serves up refreshing acai bowls, delicious poke bowls, and fun Mickey-shaped Spam musubi. There’s also my personal favorite Mickey ears shave ice from Papalua Shave Ice. Finally, don’t forget the amazing character breakfast at Makahiki. I still dream about the amazing Loco Moco we had!

Tracey, I hope you find this information helpful and mahalo for visiting planDisney. Should you have any additional questions please feel free to reach out. My fellow panelists and I would be glad to assist.

    Your pal,
