Do each of the DVC properties have certain buildings they use when assigning to DVC members versus non DVC guests? For example, at Polynesian, as a DVC member could I be assigned any building or just certain ones?

Hi Rodney! Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Yes, Disney Vacation Club occupies a certain number of rooms in each resort of the "Deluxe Villa" category. At Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows the Disney Vacation Club deluxe villas are in the Tokelau, Moorea and Pago Pago longhouses.

I was there for the grand opening of the the Disney Vacation Club at Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows...it's pure tropical paradise! I got the chance to stay in a deluxe studio villa in the new Disney Vacation Club longhouse of Moorea with the most spectacular view of the Seven Seas Lagoon and the incredibly unique overwater Bungalows of Bora Bora...they are breathtaking.

You're going to love the vibrant bright pops of color and whimsical Disney art design elements...you'll instantly feel like you're in a Polynesian oasis!

Wishing you a magical and memorable Disney vacation!
