Disney Vacation Club Member Services. Let's chat about what he recommended for you.
The Cast Member with DVC Member Services advised that you
place a call to them as soon as it is convenient for you. He stated that there are certain criteria involved with cruise refunds, so, he advised that you speak with a Cast Member to see if and how your Vacation Points and cash will be refunded. I would recommend explaining your situation to the Cast Member to see what can be done for you. I'll be wishing upon a star that you get the answer you are looking for, Michelle.
