Can you use DVC points for a cruise and if so how do you know how many

    Hi Julie!

Thanks so much for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with a question for us. I'm always happy to help! As a Disney Vacation Club Member, I'm sure you know all about the amazing Resorts that you can choose from to use your points. But most Members can also use their points for other vacations like Adventures by Disney and yes, Disney Cruise Line. So if you're ready to set sail with Captain Mickey, then you're in luck!

Point charts for the different Disney Cruise Line destinations can be found online, and you can always call Member Services if you have any other questions. A friendly Cast Member will be happy to assist you and can also verify whether your points are eligible for use on a cruise. Really the only exception is for contracts that were bought through resale and not directly from Disney. Some of those contracts are only for use at Disney Vacation Club Resorts.

I hope this helps and if you think of anything else, just let us know. Enjoy sailing on the high seas and have a most magical trip!
