    When does a dvc membership expire? Do you get points every year?

    Hi Gabriela, 

    I am always happy to answer questions from guests interested in finding out more about Disney Vacation Club. After years of vacations at many of the iconic and beautiful Walt Disney World Resort hotels, our family quickly realized that we were hooked on that special brand of magic and pixie dust which can only be found at Disney. Our excitement to own part of the magic and ensure continuing Disney vacations for many years to come sealed the deal.  Our only regret has been not joining sooner! 

    When you join Disney Vacation Club, you will be purchasing a real estate interest in one of the Disney Vacation Club Resorts. Currently there are 15 different Disney Vacation Club Resorts, and I expect that number may even continue to grow in future! Your ownership interest will provide you with an annual allotment of vacation points each year based on how many points you decide to purchase. You are also able to "bank" or "borrow" points between two different use years to add flexibility to your vacation planning. Your membership and annual allotment of vacation points will continue until your contract or deed expiration date, which will vary depending upon which Disney Vacation Club Resort you own.
