We are DVC members and won park hopper passes. I planned to use them as a credit towards new 7 day never expiring tickets but just noticed that they have an expiration date of 12/28/14. Is there any way to make the purchase without going to the park?

Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

Unfortunately, to the best of my knowledge, all Disney theme park ticket upgrades must be done in person at Walt Disney World at a ticket window at a theme park or water park, a concierge desk in a Walt Disney World resort hotel, or Guest Relations at Downtown Disney. You can call to speak with a cast member at Disney Vacation Club Member Services at 1-800-800-9800 and choose the option for theme park tickets to see if there is anything else that can be done with these tickets for your specific situation; however, I do believe that you need to make this transaction in person.
