Welcome to planDisney! Oh boy, how exciting that your upcoming trip to Disneyland Resort is just around the riverbend.
Nikki, when you add the
Disney Dining Card to your purchase, it essentially works like a Gift Card that can be used at participating dining locations (most do inside the parks and Resorts, but not in Downtown Disney.) So, in other words, it is lieu of paying with cash or your credit card, and the only difference it can only be used at participating locations that accept it. If the dining location offers a
Disney Vacation Club discount and you are an eligible Member - meaning you are eligible for Member Benefits - then, you should be able to apply your Disney Vacation Club discount to your total and use your Dining Card to pay for your meal. You will be asked to show your Digital Member Card to prove your eligibility.
