    We are DVC members but used our points on Cruise. Staying off property for November 2014 trip. We have unused paper park tickets which I loaded onto MyDisney experience, but I am wondering how will we get our magic bands since we are not at Disney hotel?

    Hi Shelley! Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel. We used Disney Vacation Club points for our cruise aboard the magnificent Disney Dream a couple years ago and it was amazing! With Disney Vacation Club you can have the vacation of your dreams every time!

    For your upcoming trip to Walt Disney World Resort, you won't actually receive MagicBands - they are automatic when you stay on property. But don't worry you have a couple options. If you have MagicBands from a previous trip that are still active in your My Disney Experience account you can load your paper theme park tickets onto them by entering the ID number on the back of the tickets. You can also purchase new MagicBands at any of the theme parks or Downtown Disney.
