    Hi, we are DVC members and trying to update our pass style in the MyDisney Experience app Mobile Magic to reflect this for our discounts. Although my hubby and I are co-owners, only I seem to be able to change my pass style to DVC. Can you assist??

    Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Latisha!

    Welcome back to planDisney!  Does all this winter weather have you dreaming of the Florida sun?  It may seem far away, but your next Walt Disney World Resort Vacation is going to be here before you know it!  During your visit in June, you won't want to miss one of EPCOT's most beautiful events –– EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival.  With incredible topiary displays, delicious dishes, and star-studded musical performances, it's full of fun for Guests of all ages!  

    And if you need a break from the crowds (and the heat!) while you're exploring the festival, be sure to head over to the Member Lounge at EPCOT –– a special space just for Disney Vacation Club Members.  This Member-exclusive lounge in the Imagination! Pavillion offers complimentary soft drinks and a relaxing environment that's the perfect place to recharge (literally!) during your day at EPCOT.  But to enjoy the Member Lounge, along with all your other DVC Member Benefits, you'll need to have your new Disney Vacation Club Digital Membership Card handy during your stay.  I'm sorry to hear that your husband is having trouble downloading his new card, but I have a suggestion that I think will help.

    To download the new digital Membership Card, you'll need to make sure that both you and your husband have your own Disney Account linked separately to your Disney Vacation Club Membership.  In other words, you should each have an individual login and password for the Disney Vacation Club website.  To create individual account access, you'll need to give Member Services a call at (800) 800-9800 and they can provide you with your husband's Member ID and Activation Code (you should be able to find these in your original Membership documents, as well).  Next, your husband will need to sign into the DVC website using his Disney Account, where he will be prompted to enter the new ID number and code.  After linking his account, he should have no problem downloading his new card from the My Disney Experience mobile app.  If you're still having trouble after linking the new account, I recommend giving Member Services a call for further tech support.
