We are DVC members and have a trip planned for June for a 7 night stay. We will be getting PH tickets but only for 5 or 6 days. I am trying to compare costs of dining w/o the DP as opposed to buying the DP. How much is the cost per night for the DP?

    Hi Aileen,

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

Disney Vacation Club Members can add the Quick-Service Dining Plan, the Disney Dining Plan, or the Deluxe Dining Plan to a Disney Vacation Club reservation.  I called and spoke with a cast member at Disney Vacation Club Member Services who gave me the pricing for 2014.  The Quick-Service Dining Plan will be $39.64 per night for guests 10 years of age and above, and $15.75 per night for guests from 3 to 9 years old. The Dining Plan will be $58.66 per night for guests 10 years of age and above, and $18.88 per night for guests from 3 to 9 years old.   The Deluxe Dining Plan will be $104.94 per night for guests 10 years of age and above, and $29.51 per night for guests from 3 to 9 years old.  These prices include tax but do not include gratuity.

Please bear in mind that these prices are for Disney Vacation Club Members adding on the dining plans to a Disney Vacation Club reservation, and that prices may change.  To add a dining plan to your Disney Vacation Club reservation, I suggest that you call Disney Vacation Club Member Services at 1-800-800-9800.

I hope that this information is helpful for you, Aileen!  Have a great time planning your trip, and please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.
