Hi! We are DVC members and will be staying at Saratoga Springs for the first time in a 2 bdrm. My kids are 14, 10 & 9 and I was told to stay at the Grandstand with a water view. How far away from the main pool & downtown is this to walk? Thank

    Hello fellow DVC member!

Isn't "Welcome Home" one of the best phrases on the planet?  I absolutely love Saratoga Springs Resort, and on our last visit I discovered the Grandstand area of this resort and fell in love with it.  So I think you've mad a great choice - but I would get even more specific and request building 8501-8836.  This building is the closest to the main building as well as the Grandstand feature pool.  Unfortunately this area doesn't offer quick access to Downtown Disney, but you could probably walk to the West Side in 25-30 minutes.

One of my favorite websites for checking out all of the resorts is www.allearsnet.com, they offer a fantastic library of photos of every Disney resort.

    Hope this helps!
