We are DVC members and we are staying at the Boardwalk in a 1 bedroom villa with 5 people. Myself, my wife and 3 children (19,17,14). Any suggestions for sleeping the 5th person since bedding is not provided for the 5th person. Thank You

    Hi Gregory,

Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. I love Disney's BoardWalk Villas. This is my home resort with Disney Vacation Club. I so enjoy the hustle and bustle of Disney's BoardWalk, and the walking distance to Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios is fantastic.

It is nice that we are able to sleep a fifth guest in a one-bedroom villa at Disney's BoardWalk Villas; however, you are correct, bedding is not provided for that fifth guest. I spoke with a wonderful cast member at Disney Vacation Club Member Services today who let me know that you can request an air mattress upon check in at the resort. There is no guarantee that there will be air mattresses available and you do have to wait until you check in to request one. If there is one, they are available for $20 per night. You can also call housekeeping and request extra blankets. They will not be able to bring you bed linens such as sheets, but they can provide extra blankets. You are also welcome to bring your own air mattress or sleeping bag.

I hope that these thoughts are helpful for you, Gregory. Have a wonderful time planning your vacation, and please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.
