Hi, we are DVC members and we will be splitting our vacation in two different resorts, and we would like to know if is there a way to do a transfer to another resort? Or are have no options besides taking a cab. Thank You for any advice.

Hi Alex! Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Split stays are a fun way to experience the magic at Walt Disney World Resort hotels...each is uniquely different.

Don't worry, you won't need a taxi to move your luggage. One of the benefits to staying at a Disney resort is that the resort can assist with transferring your luggage as you change resorts during your stay - bell services can help store and transfer your luggage. It's super easy!

Here's what you need to do...check in with front desk the day before you leave and let them know your request. You'll be directed to bell services where they will walk you through the process. From 1pm - 3 pm is generally when the resorts do transfers. If you have any perishable food items make sure they are packed in a sturdy plastic bag.

Bell services will provide you with a bag tag that you will give to the service desk when you arrive at your new Walt Disney World Resort hotel.

Wishing you a magical and memorable Disney vacation!
