Hi Bev,
I would recommend going to Chip and Dale's Campfire Sing-a-long at Fort Wilderness Campground. You will have so much fun singing, eating marsh mellows, and meeting the Chip and Dale. I would suggest bringing some chocolate and graham crackers if you want s'mores. Since you are staying at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, stop by the Community Hall which is open from 9 am to 10 pm. The have scheduled children's activities, and my kids love doing arts and crafts there. Welcome Home Wednesdays are for Disney Vacation Club members to attend. You will get to know other members as well as DVC representatives. You will be served drinks and snacks and get to play Disney Trivia and could win some prizes. All members will get a special DVC member baseball hat. It is a blast!
Collecting Pressed Pennies are a hidden gem around the Walt Disney World theme parks. They are available all around the parks and are a fun souvenir to keep. You kids will have an adventure finding the machines throughout the parks.
The
Pirates and Pals Fireworks Voyage is a great cruise for you and your kids. You first meet Mr. Smee and Captain Hook while snacking on cookies, cake, and chocolate coins as well as non-alcoholic beverages. Then you will board your boat and cast off while being entertained by your captain, Patch. You will play Disney Trivia and may win some prizes. You then will have the perfect viewing area for Wishes! My kids loved this as well as the adults!
I hope you have a magical vacation, Bev. Please send me a follow up question if I can help you further. Welcome Home!
