Are DVC members and their guests that are staying at Bay lake Tower still the only guests permitted to go up to Top of the Tower Lounge?

    Hi Carole,

Thank you for the question.  The summer as a special perk, any Disney Vacation Club Member and their guests who are staying on DVC property could enjoy the Top of the World Lounge as well as Members staying at Bay Lake Towers.  This was so popular that perk was extended through December 29, 2012. DVC Members who are staying at other resorts will need to use Walt Disney World Transportation and cannot park their cars at Bay Lake Tower or the Contemporary Resort.  DVC Members need to use the main lobby entrance at Bay Lake Tower and check-in at the Top of the World Lounge desk.  This benefit is offered first-come, first-served with the Lounge opening at 5:00 pm and closing at Midnight.  At least one member in the party will need a Key to the World card as well as their DVC Member card if the Key to the World card does not note this.  If you have the chance to take advantage of this wonderful perk, Carole, I certainly would do so!  The view is amazing of the Magic Kingdom and "Wishes."  Thank you for the question and please let me know if I can help you in any other way!  Welcome Home!
