Welcome back to planDisney. I'm sorry you were having trouble finding the information you needed about
Disney's Grand Californian Resort & Spa. I'm sure you were excited to book your reservations right when the 7-month booking window opened and I can imagine how frustrating your experience must have been.
I can tell you that you were in good company with your tech troubles last week –– I was also trying to access information about the Grand Californian and the Resort pages were nowhere to be found. When I reached out to speak with
Member Services about the issue, I was told that it was a glitch with the
Disney Vacation Club website that was in the process of being corrected. I'm happy to report that the hotel information was available later that evening and I was just able to look and confirm that everything is back where it should be, including
Points Charts and the ability to book Resort reservations online. If you haven't already gotten a chance to do so, you should now be able to log into your Member account and continue planning your upcoming stay. Should you have any other issues with the booking process, I recommend you reach out to Member Services at (800) 800-9800 where a Cast Member will be happy to assist you.
