"Welcome home," Marjorie! It's great to see you hEAR again at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
Marjorie, my husband and I enjoyed at stay at
Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa last June and loved it! The leisurely walking path to
Disney Springs was so convenient and we found ourselves channeling our inner racehorse when heading to the hot tub!
Marjorie, since you are hoping to book a
3-Bedroom Villa for your stay next summer, let's look at your options. First, make sure to review the
updated 2021 Points Charts. Depending upon the time in June you are hoping to travel, you'll find that a 3-Bedroom Villa will run between
74-115 points per night (
with the variation being day of the week and standard versus preferred room).
If the 332 points you have is for
one use year, you could
borrow additional points from the next use year to help complete your reservation. Another option if you find that you are
only short a few points is to
purchase One-Time-Use Points. You may buy up to 24 Vacation points per use year to combine with your current allotment. While prices ARE subject to change, the current price per point for these is $19.
However, if you're saving those points or that total of 332
includes banking or borrowing, I would recommend making a second, separate
cash reservation for a 3-Bedroom Villa by calling Member Services. Often Disney Vacation Club Members will be able to book Villas for a discounted cash rate. To learn more about that, you'll want to
call into Member Services. Make sure to have your Member number handy before you dial. Marjorie, I called in to get a quote for a stay at
Disney's BoardWalk Villas since I had other plans for my points and was able to get a price on the phone very quickly!
Marjorie, I hope this helps as you are dreaming about summer 2021 and all of the space that you'll be enjoying in that 3-Bedroom Villa. As a Disney Vacation Club Member, I love having so many different options of accommodations and hope you enjoy it. Please come back and see us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with any other questions you might have.
Wishing you a pixie-dusted stay... and, as Peter Pan would say, "think happy thoughts!"
Lauren
