Lazy River at Typhoon Lagoon

    As a DVC member can I purchase the discounted typhoon lagoon tickets for other members of my party who are not DVC members (but they will be with me on my next trip).

    Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for swinging by planDisney with a great question about water park tickets. It’s always great to chat with a fellow Disney Vacation Club Member and talk about DVC Member benefits. 

    Before travelling to Walt Disney World Resort, I like to look at the current Member benefits to see the latest and greatest discounts and offers on dining, shopping, events and experiences. Currently, DVC Members can enjoy discounted tickets to the Water Parks. Eligible Members save $25 on 1-Day Water Park Tickets for adults and children (price subject to change). Tonya, I spoke with Member Services who shared that yes, you can purchase discounted tickets for your Guests for Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park (Members can purchase up to 10 tickets).

    There are a few different ways you can purchase these discounted tickets: 

    • Online (make sure you are logged in to your MyDisney account to see the discounted price)
    • lobby concierge at a Disney Vacation Club Resort hotel
    • Water Park ticket main entrance

    Once you have secured your tickets, you are ready to enjoy Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park's thrilling slides like Miss Adventure Falls and Gangplank Falls or hop of one of the three "fruit chutes" on Crush 'n' Gusher - a wild "water coaster"!

    If you discover you've worked up an appetite, my favorite quick-service restaurant to head to is Happy Landings Ice Cream. My daughters love sharing a Sand Pail Sundae; it's a huge sundae with vanilla and chocolate swirled soft-serve, hot fudge, pieces of waffle cone, sprinkles caramel and cookies 'n cream crumbles served in a souvenir sand pail bucket!
