Welcome Home, David! It's great to see you again at planDisney. I love that you have a land and sea Disney vacation on the horizon. There's nothing better than enjoying some time at
Walt Disney World Resort before setting sail with
Disney Cruise Line. You're taking it to the next level with both a pre- AND post-cruise stay - I love it!
Parking at the
Disney Vacation Club resorts is restricted to Guests with a confirmed, current reservation to ensure enough parking for all. Unfortunately, this means that you can't leave your car at the resort while you're on your cruise.
There are a number of parking options conveniently located near Port Canaveral, including the garage operated by the Port Authority that's adjacent to the cruise terminals. The garage does not take reservations - it operates on a first-come, first-served basis only. You can drop off luggage at a dedicated location before paying your fees and parking. You'll especially appreciate the location at the end of your trip, when you can just hop in your car and head back to The Most Magical Place on Earth for round two!
I'm sorry this wasn't the answer you were hoping for, David, but I am sure that you won't be thinking about your car once you are enjoying everything the
Disney Wish has to offer! Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney once again, and please come back anytime if we can help with other questions about either the land or sea portions of your vacation.
Stay Magical!
Susan
