As a dvc member do I get park entry tickets at a discount

Hi Walter and welcome home! As Disney Vacation Club members, we truly have the (Walt Disney) World and (Disney)land at our fingertips. With many DVC resorts just steps away from the theme parks, it’s no wonder my family loves visiting the theme parks from rope drop to park close!

Walter, I have some good news for you! DVC provides several options for discounted passes and tickets at both Walt Disney World and Disneyland to help you save money. Just be aware that in order to take advantage of these pass and ticket deals, you need to be eligible for Membership Extras. As an out-of-state DVC member, one of the best deals out there is access to the Disney Sorcerer Pass at Walt Disney World. With a limited number of blackout days and up to 5 reservations held at one time (theme park visits during our DVC stays do not count towards that allotment!), it’s certainly great value versus having to buy the Disney Incredi-Pass and has allowed my family to be Passholders for a couple years in a row!

In addition, DVC members have the option to join Membership Magic Beyond. This program comes with many benefits, including priority access for Member Lounges, a 30-day access to Memory Maker for photos at Walt Disney World, and specially priced theme park tickets for Walt Disney World and Disneyland! These ticket deals consist of either a 5-day park ticket at Walt Disney World or a 3-day park ticket at Disneyland (Lightning Lane Multi Pass included!) and are available for yourself and up to 7 guests in your traveling party.

As a bonus tip, Walter, I always encourage members to check out the Member Benefits page for exclusive deals and offers. You’ll also find exclusive DVC member deals for special ticket events, such as Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party or Disney Jollywood Nights. Another example is the free kids dining plan in 2026 at Walt Disney World that extends to DVC villa stays as well. My family will be sure to take advantage of this deal during our upcoming trip!

Walter, I sure hope you find this information helpful and hope your upcoming DVC stay is one filled with joy and unforgettable memories. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out to me and my fellow panelists at planDisney!
