I am a dvc member. I just made a reservation at Coronado Springs. It shows on my MDE app but not on my DVC dashboard. I want to apply for moonlight magic. What do I need to do to have this reservation on my DVc dashboard? Thanks!

    Hi, Denise!

I'm so glad you've found your way to planDisney!  Were you as excited as I was to hear the news that Disney Vacation Club Moonlight Magic events are returning in March 2022??  When it comes to Member Benefits, these take the cake –– how cool that you'll be visiting when one of this year's events comes to EPCOT!

The Upcoming Reservations section of the Member Dashboard is a great tool for viewing your existing bookings and Waitlist requests, as well as making any necessary modifications to your reservation before you arrive (plus, who doesn't love watching those days countdown, right?).  But unfortunately, this handy section only displays information about reservations for Disney Vacation Club Resorts and Disney Collection Stays booked with Vacation Points.  That means if your upcoming visit to Disney's Coronado Springs Resort is booked as a cash reservation, you won't be able to view it on your Member Dashboard.  If the reservation is missing and you're using Vacation Points as part of a Disney Collection exchange, your best bet would be to call Member Services at (800) 800-9800 and speak with Cast Member for additional assistance.

Here's the great news, though –– Disney Vacation Club Moonlight Magic events are available to all eligible Members with existing reservations on the event date at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel, not just those using Vacation Points for their booking.  That means that even though your reservation may not appear on your Member Dashboard, you'll still receive an email with the link to register when the EPCOT booking window opens on February 22, 2022.  You'll also need your Member number to access the virtual waiting room, so be sure to have that available before you start the registration process.

Thanks for stopping by planDisney, Denise.  I hope this answers your question and I'm wishing you lots of luck on your quest for Moonlight Magic this spring!

    Amy
