here there is a dvc member lounge on the top of bay lake towers called "on top of the world"---is this true?--do I have to be staying there or is any dvc member able to go--and what are the hours?

    Hi Dick,

The Top of the World Lounge is at Bay Lake Towers and is exclusively for Disney Vacation Club members who are staying there either on points or cash.  Any guests staying with the DVC member can use the lounge as well as any guest staying in a room reserved by a DVC member utilizing vacation points.  Access to the Top of the World Lounge is limited and is based on a first-come, first-served basis.  The hours are 5 pm to Midnight.  It will hold 77 people and is a full service bar with appetizers available to purchase.  It is located on the 16th floor of Bay Lake Tower and has an observation deck offering wonderful views of the Magic Kingdom fireworks.   This is a definite must when vacationing at Bay Lake Towers.  Welcome Home, Dick!
