There's nothing more stressful than tech troubles, so I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems accessing your Disney Vacation Club account. I'm happy to offer a few suggestions that will hopefully help you get back to planning your next DVC adventure in no time.
My first suggestion is to double-check that you're signing in with the correct account (I know that sounds crazy but stick with me). I actually had the same problem a few weeks ago and after a lot of frustration, I realized that my browser had automatically been signing me in with my husband's Disney Account, which isn't connected to our DVC Membership. If that isn't the issue, I recommend clearing the cache and cookies in your web browser before logging in again to see if that resolves the trouble (if you aren't sure how to do this, a quick web search should return step-by-step instructions for your specific browser). If you're still having trouble after trying both of these, I think your best bet would be to contact
Member Services for further assistance. You can give them a call at (800) 800-9800 or you can use that chat feature on the
Disney Vacation Club website during normal Member Services operating hours.
Once you've solved your login issue, don't forget to download your
new Disney Vacation Club Digital Membership Card to your smartphone's mobile wallet. You can do this with the
My Disney Experience app by creating a new
Disney MagicMobile pass to act as your new card –– giving you easy access to all your
Member Benefits right in the palm of your hand.
