Hi Lisa, welcome home and welcome to planDisney! My family loves spending time at our
Disney Vacation Club Home Resorts so much that we often refer to it as our vacation homes. Whether we’re visiting the theme parks from rope drop to close or just having a relaxing Resort only stay, we love coming back to our Resort villas as a way to unwind and spend time together as a family. And what better way to treat it as your home away from home than inviting guests over!
Lisa, you’ll be happy to know that as a DVC Resort guest at
Walt Disney World and at
Disneyland, you can certainly have a day guest, such as friends or family, come visit you and park onsite at your Resort so long as the Resort still has parking available. Your day guest will need to provide a photo ID as well as your name and room number to the Cast Members at the security booth upon arrival. We’ve often invited some of our Florida-based cousins and extended family to visit us during our DVC stays. No better way to reconnect with family than at the most magical place on earth!
I hope this information is helpful for you as you plan your upcoming DVC stay. If you have any more questions about DVC stays or Disney vacation planning, please feel free
to contact me and my fellow panelists here at planDisney!
Your pal,
Sean
